These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sape Media website and any services provided by Sape Media ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Sape Media provides digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, social media management, content writing and web development. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement will be defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.
Submitting an enquiry through our website, popup form or newsletter signup does not create a binding service agreement. A formal engagement begins only once both parties agree to a proposal or contract.
Fees for services will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Ad spend for Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns is separate from our management fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
While we work to deliver measurable improvements in traffic, rankings, leads and conversions, digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue or return on ad spend.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, approvals, content and information required for us to deliver services effectively. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them (such as website code, ad creative and written content), except for any third-party tools, stock assets or licensed software used in the process, which remain subject to their respective licenses.
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information shared during the engagement private, and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Sape Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
